Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL) ने Advertisement No. OPTCL-14013/9/2026-T AND D – Part (1) – 14389 (Dated 29 अगस्त 2026) के तहत Graduate (Engineering और Non-Engineering), Diploma और ITI Trade Apprentice की कुल 100 seats के लिए notification जारी किया है। यह one-year apprenticeship engagement है, permanent OPTCL job नहीं। सिर्फ Odisha के domicile candidates ही आवेदन कर सकते हैं और आवेदन 02 सितंबर 2026 से 01 अक्टूबर 2026 तक online भरे जा सकते हैं। नीचे पूरी जानकारी official notification के आधार पर दी गई है।

Vacancy Details

कुल 100 seats चार apprentice categories और 11 disciplines में बंटी हैं। Notification के अनुसार, प्रत्येक trade/discipline की vacancy corporation की जरूरत के हिसाब से घट-बढ़ सकती है, और यदि किसी discipline में suitable candidates उपलब्ध न हों तो उसी apprenticeship type (Degree/Diploma/ITI) के दूसरे discipline से seat भरी जा सकती है।

आरक्षण नियमों के अनुसार seats भरी जाएंगी (reservation rules applicable)।

OPTCL ने इससे पहले भी 2025 में इसी तरह की Apprentice भर्ती 100 posts के लिए निकाली थी, जिससे 2026 भर्ती की तुलना की जा सकती है:

नोट: 2025 cycle का stipend अलग-अलग स्रोतों में थोड़ा अलग रिपोर्ट किया गया है, इसलिए यहाँ exact आंकड़े नहीं दिए गए हैं। कुल posts (100) और selection pattern (merit-based, बिना fixed common written exam) दोनों वर्ष में समान रहे हैं, जिससे यह संकेत मिलता है कि 2026 में भी written exam की बजाय academic merit पर मुख्य जोर रहने की संभावना है — हालांकि final decision official notification के अनुसार ही मान्य होगा।

Eligibility Criteria

शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Discipline-wise)

Non-Engineering Apprentice पदों के लिए BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA आदि disciplines को प्राथमिकता (preferred) दी जाएगी। योग्यता किसी recognized Board/Council/University/Institute से regular full-time course के रूप में होनी चाहिए।

अन्य पात्रता शर्तें

• केवल Odisha राज्य के Indian National candidates ही आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• Apprenticeship Rules 1992 के Clause 4 में तय Minimum Physical Standard पूरा करना होगा।
• जिन candidates ने पहले से Apprentices Act 1961 के तहत apprenticeship training पूरी कर ली हो, या जिनके पास 1 वर्ष या उससे अधिक का job experience हो, वे eligible नहीं हैं।
• जो candidates अभी required qualifying exam दे रहे हैं (अभी pass नहीं हुए हैं), वे apply नहीं कर सकते।
• Candidate के पास 01 जुलाई 2026 तक की required qualification की passing certificate/final year marksheet होनी चाहिए।
• Apprenticeship Training join करने की तारीख और qualifying exam pass करने की तारीख के बीच अंतर 3 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए, और exam Academic Year 2023-24, 2024-25 या 2025-26 में pass किया होना चाहिए।
• Candidate का NAPS/NATS portal पर registration जरूरी है, और DBT के लिए bank account, Aadhaar से seeded होना चाहिए।

Age Limit

Notification में केवल minimum आयु (18 वर्ष) बताई गई है; अधिकतम आयु सीमा का कोई उल्लेख नहीं है।

Salary Details (Stipend)

Degree Engineering, Diploma Technician और Degree Non-Engineering Apprentices के stipend का 50% OPTCL देगा और बाकी 50% BOPT द्वारा DBT के माध्यम से दिया जाएगा। ITI Trade Apprentice stipend के funding-split का अलग उल्लेख notification में नहीं है। Stipend online contract date से मिलना शुरू होगा, बशर्ते training के दौरान performance संतोषजनक हो।

Application Fees

Notification में कहीं भी कोई application fee का उल्लेख नहीं है। यानी इस भर्ती के लिए कोई fee नहीं ली जा रही (Not Mentioned in Notification)।

Selection Process

1. Stage 1 – Academic Merit / Written Test / Interview (as required): Selection मुख्य रूप से academic merit पर आधारित होगा; जरूरत पड़ने पर discipline के अनुसार written test या interview लिया जा सकता है। कोई एक common fixed formula सभी disciplines के लिए notification में नहीं दी गई है।
2. Stage 2 – Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates के original documents verify किए जाएंगे।
3. Stage 3 – Contract Formalities: NAPS/NATS portal के जरिए online apprenticeship contract approve किया जाएगा।
4. Stage 4 – Joining/Training शुरू: Selection के बाद 1 वर्ष की apprenticeship training शुरू होगी।

Document verification/interview में आने के लिए कोई TA/DA नहीं दिया जाएगा। OPTCL का कहना है कि selection process पूरी तरह transparent और merit-based है; कोई bribe/unofficial payment मान्य नहीं है, और canvassing करने पर candidature रद्द किया जा सकता है।

1. Portal Registration: सबसे पहले संबंधित apprenticeship portal पर registration करें — Degree Engineering (Electrical, IT, Telecom), Diploma (Electrical, Telecom, Civil) और Degree Non-Engineering (HR, Finance, Law) उम्मीदवार NATS 2.0 Portal (nats.education.gov.in) पर register करें। ITI Trade उम्मीदवार NAPS Portal (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) पर register करें।
2. Aadhaar Seeding चेक करें: सुनिश्चित करें कि आपका Aadhaar bank account से seeded है, ताकि DBT के जरिए stipend मिल सके।
3. Registration Number लें: NATS/NAPS portal से registration/enrolment number generate करें।

Hidden Traps / Important Points (Expert Insight)

• कोई fixed exam न होने का मतलब कम तैयारी नहीं है: चूंकि selection academic merit पर आधारित है, अपनी marksheet में सटीक और सही अंक (percentage/CGPA) दर्ज करना बेहद जरूरी है — कोई भी discrepancy आपको ineligible कर सकती है।
• Qualifying exam की timeline ध्यान से पढ़ें: आपकी qualifying exam पास करने की तारीख और training join करने की तारीख के बीच 3 वर्ष से ज्यादा gap नहीं होना चाहिए, और exam Academic Year 2023-24, 2024-25 या 2025-26 में pass हुआ होना चाहिए — इससे बाहर के candidates automatically ineligible हैं।
• Odisha domicile अनिवार्य है: सिर्फ Odisha के Indian National candidates apply कर सकते हैं; अन्य राज्यों के candidates eligible नहीं हैं।
• Currently appearing candidates apply नहीं कर सकते: जो अभी अपनी final qualifying exam दे रहे हैं (result pending है), वे इस भर्ती के लिए eligible नहीं हैं — सिर्फ पहले से पास candidates ही आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

• कोई accommodation/allowance नहीं: Training location पर rehne की कोई व्यवस्था OPTCL नहीं करेगा।
• Canvassing से बचें: किसी भी तरह की सिफारिश/दबाव डालने की कोशिश करने पर candidature सीधे रद्द किया जा सकता है, बिना पूर्व सूचना के।
